Conventional arc coating processes often produce a rough, uneven surface riddled with macroparticles. This texture creates significantly higher friction during heavy-duty machining, leading to accelerated wear and a drastically shorter tool lifespan compared to fsARC™ systems.

STATON's patented fsARC™ technology delivers an exceptionally smooth coating surface with a minimal macroparticle content. By suppressing macroparticles at the source, it minimizes operational friction and maximizes machining efficiency, extending tool life by up to five times.
